Your Tasks
  • Creating machine components according to technical drawings and specifications
  • Calibrating machine tools for precise metalworking operations
  • Setting up and operating various machine tools to produce metal components
  • Performing quality control testing to ensure the consistency of the component produced
  • Maintaining and repairing machine tools when necessary
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a metal technician
  • Professional experience in machining technology
  • German language skills at B1 level
  • Ability to work together and detect errors during repair work
  • Mathematical and computational skills for calculating workpiece dimensions and designs
  • Physical stamina for lifting heavy workpieces and withstanding stresses
  • Mental resilience for partial shift work and night shifts
  • Spatial imagination for producing workpieces according to drawings and assembly plans
  • Ability to react quickly in the event of machine malfunctions
  • Vision for inspection work and reading work drawings
  • Independence for advising on operational quality management
  • Technical understanding for maintenance and repair work on machines and systems
  • Skin sensitivity for working with solvents, lubricants, coolants, and metal chips
