Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Packaging Expert Trainee.

About the Role

This 18-month trainee program is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge, practical experience, and hands-on training in the field of flexible packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise for flexible packaging products in food and non-food sectors
  • Maintain interfaces between customers and internal departments (R&D, Quality Assurance, Paper Production)
  • Analyze industry trends and market developments to inform product portfolio decisions
  • Document and manage product modifications and development
  • Resolve customer claims efficiently
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in technical studies or business administration combined with technical education
  • A strong interest in the paper industry and desire for learning and growth
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Fluent English and German language skills, along with effective communication abilities

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
