Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Development Project Coordinator to join our Advanced Interconnect Solution Services (AISS) Team at our Headquarters in Leoben, Austria.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves overseeing electronics development projects, coordinating tasks across various organizational units, and developing detailed implementation plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee electronics development projects from design to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate tasks between different organizational units of AT&S and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, technology requirements, and budget.
  • Monitor progress and performance of projects, providing regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in electronics business, with a proven track record of project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of the electronics supply chain, particularly EMS/OSAT.
  • Fluent written and oral English language skills.
  • IT competences: MS Office, MS Project or similar, ERP system (SAP).
