Project Management Support Intern

Project Management Support Internship

You will work closely with the Project Manager, the Project Team, and the Line Management throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks in the areas of project assistance, project controlling, and project administration:

Project Assistance:
  • Update and maintain project plans upon advice from the Project Manager.
  • Plan and track tasks.
  • Manage requirements.
  • Manage configurations.
  • Administer internal and external meetings.
  • Work on dedicated packages (e.g., presentations, evaluations, reports) upon advice from the Project Manager.
Project Controlling:
  • Control, analyze, and prepare project cost data.
  • Prepare data reports.
Project Administration:
  • Support resource and cost planning.
  • Manage data in project management tools.
  • Manage information (e.g., Confluence).

Requirements:

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences in one of the following fields:
    • Technical studies (e.g., electrical engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization).
    • Economic studies (e.g., business administration, industrial management).
  • Fluent English skills.

Nice to have:

  • Studies that combine technical and economic aspects.
  • Project management experience.
  • German language skills.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
