We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Microfabrication Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique chance to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of an innovative company.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional in microsystems technology, physics, or materials science to leverage their technical expertise and contribute to the development of high-tech products. As a Senior Microfabrication Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing e-beam mask writing processes, developing photoresists, and operating fully automated measurement systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support process optimization initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and growth. You will also be responsible for analytical investigations and failure analysis in CMOS/MEMS process technology, as well as ensuring equipment maintenance and uptime maximization.

Requirements
  • University degree in microsystems technology, physics, materials science, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in microfabrication, preferably in a leadership role
  • Solid technical knowledge of scientific principles, including materials science and metrology
  • Practical skills in modern materials research (SEM, FIB, ...)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
