ERP Systems Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled ERP Systems Support Specialist to join our team at ILF Consulting Engineers Austria GmbH.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the customization and technical support of our ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.
Your tasks will also include assisting in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of our ERP systems.
In addition, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices.
Your contributions will support IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.
We are looking for a strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
You should also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
