Senior IT Manager and Security Specialist

At Agentur LOOP New Media GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager & Security Advisor to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure while providing expert support in information security, IT systems, and networks. As a key member of our team, you'll drive innovation and safeguard our operations in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement security policies and procedures to protect our IT infrastructure and data.
- Provide expert support in IT systems, networks, and security, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain IT workflows and documentation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and security best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Strong expertise in IT, with a comprehensive understanding of information and IT security.
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts and standards, such as NIS 2 and ISO27001.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in network and device administration, including the maintenance and migration of existing systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint, and Entra Internet Access.
- Expertise with IT workflows and documentation requirements.
- Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux).
- Ideally, experience in incident response and risk management.
- Experience with IT certification processes is an advantage.
- Programming or scripting skills would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A dependable team player who can take responsibility, work independently, and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in both German and English.
