Content Creator and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Content Creator and Development Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This is a full-time temporary position that will end on June 27, 2025.

About the Role

  • Craft and adapt content in German as the primary language, with occasional writing and translation of content in English and French.
  • Generate and update website content, ensuring it is current, compelling, and engaging for visitors.
  • Optimize website and digital content for search engines using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with the Development team to understand their content needs and align written materials with our branding and communication strategies.
  • Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all published content.
  • Manage content projects from concept to completion, including planning, research, coordination with other team members, adherence to deadlines, and adjustments based on feedback and analytics.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of written content, track engagement, and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • This role requires strong writing skills in German (native/bilingual) and English (fluent), as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • A strong understanding of project management and organizational skills is necessary, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have one year of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • German language skills are required for this role, with the ability to occasionally write and translate content in English and French.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills are essential, as well as strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation time, and professional development opportunities.
