Your RoleWe are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to lead our user experience research initiatives. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing UX research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive user-centric product decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are at the forefront of product development.
- Developing and implementing user tracking events to inform data-driven design improvements.
- Conducting A/B testing and analyzing data insights to optimize user interactions.
- Presenting research findings to stakeholders and advocating for design improvements.
- Leading workshops to educate teams on UX principles and research methods.
We are looking for a seasoned UX Researcher with:
- 8+ years of experience in design, with 5+ years dedicated to UX research in a larger design team.
- Expertise in UX research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication skills to present insights and advocate for user needs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product strategy.
- Experience with tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, or Maze, delivering impactful research.
- Based in Vienna, Munich, Paris, or London.

- Experience in a product-driven company and working with distributed teams.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
