Business Analytics Expert Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Expert to join our Customer Insights, Data & Analytics team in Human Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for key business stakeholders.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic and operational impact, with a focus on data management, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and advise on data, reports, and insights to answer key business questions and build actionable reports/recommendations
  • Collaborate with regional and local analytics functions to develop better data governance and a harmonized approach to analytics
  • Oversee the implementation of new reporting tools from the Region and Corporate

Requirements:

  • B.A. required - MBA or other advanced degree preferred - in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Finance etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights, business recommendations
  • Experienced in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire) and SQL
  • Ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed/international organization in combination with good communication and interpersonal skills

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 46,305 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
