As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy of our premium brand, Zumtobel. Your mission is to reinforce its position as a leading player in the market by developing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with customers across different channels.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and values.
  • Leading a team of international marketing experts to transform and execute the global brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive local market initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

You will be employed at our headquarters in Dornbirn, Austria, and will be required to travel approximately 30% of the time to foster team cohesion and develop strategic partnerships.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in brand repositioning and leadership experience in the premium segment. You should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, and have expertise in digital marketing channels and cutting-edge marketing techniques.

As a data-driven leader, you will be responsible for evaluating metrics and KPIs to modify plans as necessary in a fast-paced global environment. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to inform, influence, and challenge confidently across all levels.
