Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at a renowned 5-star hotel in Salzburg, Austria.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This includes cleaning rooms and public areas, taking care of tasks such as minibar service and laundry, and preparing VIP rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and maintaining rooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm welcome
  • Preparing VIP rooms and ensuring all amenities are in order
  • Reporting any technical defects or issues to the maintenance or housekeeping team
  • Participating in turndown service and ensuring all rooms are ready for the next day
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in upscale hospitality is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Knowledge of German or English
