About This Role

This position is for a Manufacturing Process Engineer based in Spittal an der Drau, Austria. As part of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing production and packaging processes at our state-of-the-art facility in Upper Carinthia.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects forward and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Design and implement new production machines and systems
  • Conduct product and plant tests to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Improve existing automation processes to increase productivity
  • Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects to meet business objectives
  • Compare and analyze variants of technical development potential
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop personnel leadership skills and take growing responsibility for line teams
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Process Engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Initiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate
  • Proficiency in English and German languages
