Executive Chef

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and success of our food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, a strong focus on quality and consistency, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Design and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Food Cost Control: Manage food costs and develop strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills and talents of our kitchen staff to ensure that we have a strong and capable team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
