Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing business knowledge management. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving innovation, leading our technology strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the technology strategy for Aiones, driving growth and innovation.
  • Lead the development of our systems and product lineup, incorporating chat- and document-based classification and extraction techniques.
  • Manage ML / LLM model development and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with various database types.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, promoting open communication and continuous learning.
  • Maintain close ties with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving strategic partnerships.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in AI, ML, and related fields, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Proven expertise in ML Ops, model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles, as well as database management.
  • Experience with various AI tools and technologies, with a focus on those relevant to business knowledge management.
  • A strong understanding of applied machine learning use-cases and industry trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English, German, or other languages as a plus, and a preference for previous startup experience.
