Als Transformation Lead - Next Generation Life Insurance wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das gemeinsam daran arbeitet, unsere Angebote für Lebensversicherung und Finanzvorsorge zu modernisieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Transformation unseres Angebots für Lebensversicherung und Finanzvorsorge
  • Leitung der operativen Durchführung strategisch bedeutender, bereichsübergreifender Projekte und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen
  • Proaktive Identifikation und Realisierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten auf Basis von kontinuierlicher Marktbeobachtung und deinem Vorwissen
  • Die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen aktiv in die Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer gruppenweiten Personenversicherungsstrategie einzubringen
  • Unterstützung bei der beruflichen Weiterentwicklung durch motivationsfördernde Maßnahmen, wie z.B. durch einen monatlichen Creative-Day, regelmäßige Team-Events und an das Arbeitsprofil abgestimmte Trainings

Wir erwarten von dir:

  • Sehr guter Abschluss von führender Universität oder Business School
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Strategieberatung, Projektmanagement und/oder Finanzvorsorge; bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt auf Lebensversicherung (Erleben & Ableben)
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Internationalität durch Studium und/oder Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erweiterung der internen Teamkompetenzen durch dein Toolkit, z.B. aus der Strategieberatung
