As a customer service representative at PC Personalmarketing GmbH, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Processing customer orders with order management and delivery term tracking
• Written and telephone customer care in all matters, also for the user side
• Data collection and maintenance of customer and material master data in the SAP system
• Supporting our sales advisors in the field
• Creating and evaluating analyses (SAP BI & Sales Cloud)
