Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will lead and shape our consistent and cohesive product experience, driving customer value and business results. You will apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • You will gain a deep understanding of customer expectations through user research and analysis of customer feedback.
  • You will define and lead end-to-end product experience patterns, working closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create an outstanding product experience.
  • You will drive UX product roadmaps, defining product experience optimizations aligned with the company's strategy to boost adoption, retention, and customer discovery.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • A strong knowledge of UX principles, including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Pleasure of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, driving product experience outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
