About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Cloud Infrastructure team at SQUER Solutions München GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and growing our service portfolio around System Design and Architecture and Software Modernisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Growth Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for our business unit, driving growth and innovation in the cloud infrastructure space.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the operational aspects of our business, including project planning, implementation, and monitoring, as well as budgeting and metrics analysis.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Engagement: Identify market trends and customer needs, conduct competitive analysis, and adapt our services to meet evolving demands.
  • Relationship Building and Customer Retention: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to expand our operations and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring optimal performance and promoting company growth.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration, openness, and innovation, driving successful company growth and development.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to create synergies and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, extensive experience with enterprise- and event-driven architectures, and a good understanding of software system integration and migration.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Complex Project Execution: Involvement in and execution of complex technical projects at the corporate level, as well as consulting experience.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent German and English language skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a charismatic leadership style.
