Burberry Limited is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team in Vienna, Austria.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling and sales expertise, and maintaining high standards of luxury service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Provide a personalized and elevated experience for clients, showcasing passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house, including product replenishment, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work climate, promoting collaboration and open communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury products, fashion trends, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a commercial mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
