Role Summary

We are seeking an Electronics Test Coordination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and lead team members from different departments within verification and validation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead team members in verification and validation activities
  • Serve as a contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal departments on project execution
  • Oversee resources, budget, test reports, and results within verification and validation
  • Plan, define, and monitor test activities within development projects
  • Review test specifications and reports
  • Report test status in development projects
Requirements:
  • Completed technical education with electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar specialization
  • Desirable experience in automotive and/or electronics
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • Effective communication and systematic working skills
  • Creativity and team collaboration ability
