Salary
We offer an attractive compensation package with a minimum salary of € 70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. The actual salary will be higher in line with qualifications and experience.

Job Description
This pivotal role involves leading the solution experience for exposing customer value at Dynatrace. As a strong leader, you will shape and define our product's user experience, ensuring customers get unmatched value at every touchpoint. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Driving the solution experience for major product areas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver differentiated value.
  • Developing strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience, increasing customer value, and driving business results.
  • Applying customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points, and gaining a deep understanding of customer expectations through collaboration, research, and analysis.
  • Defining and leading end-to-end customer journeys and workflows, collaborating with the Dynatrace team to create an outstanding product experience.
  • Contributing to the product roadmap planning, optimizing new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy to boost adoption and retention.
  • Establishing workflows for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative product usage, collaborating with the growth department to enhance and refine the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or/and 5+ years of experience in user experience leadership function.
  • A strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders.
  • The ability to think outside the box, bringing market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
  • A strong interest in technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software.
