Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market and technology trends to inform portfolio development
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead international, interdisciplinary teams on system-related projects and initiatives
  • Evaluate technology partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, product management, project management, R&D, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of intralogistics, including market environment, market participants, supply chain, processes, and technologies
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in business development, sales, marketing, and/or technology environments
  • Strong expertise in logistics automation and ability to analyze customers' business processes
  • Results- and solution-orientated, with economic thinking and excellent communication skills
