Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Marketing Strategist to join our Global Aviation Marketing team in Salzburg, Austria. As the aviation and aerial sports industry continues to grow, we need talented professionals like you to drive our brand forward.



About You


You will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on sports, aviation, athlete, and/or brand marketing. Your passion for aviation and aerial sports is essential, as well as your ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive consumer impact.



The Role


This role involves managing the development and execution of projects and activities worldwide, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. You will work closely with the Global Head of Aviation Marketing to create a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years, driving innovation and maintaining Red Bull's position as a leader in aviation and aerial sports.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, manage, and ensure the safe and high-quality execution of projects and activities worldwide.
  • Manage relationships with country colleagues, stakeholders, authorities, agencies, partners, pilots, and athletes.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives and align with Red Bull's brand goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key aviation partners, athletes, and industry leaders to enhance Red Bull's visibility and influence.


Your Skills and Qualifications



  • Familiarity with aviation and/or aerial sports.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on sports, aviation, athlete, and/or brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership abilities, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, German mandatory mid-term, additional language skills an advantage.

We offer an attractive compensation package, based on market-oriented salaries, significantly above the stated minimum salary (EUR 2,717 gross per month).
