We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Innerspace GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our Training and Assessment solution that enables an effortless validation (industry compliance) and training experience.
Key Responsibilities- Translate company and product vision in combination with customer and market needs to product domain goals, features, and a structured roadmap.
- Owning and prioritizing the Product Backlog and balancing technical and business requirements.
- Fostering an environment in which the cross-disciplinary SCRUM team can excel and deliver features within set timelines and push the product to the next level.
- Working together with training designers, UX experts, architects, and developers to create a robust, scalable, industry-compliant, and user-friendly solution.
- Continuously researching and initiating improvements for the solution to contribute to the strategic goals at Innerspace.
- Embracing change and not being afraid to ask critical questions and make difficult decisions to accomplish the product goals and Innerspace vision.
- Ensuring that the solution is documented in an industry-compliant way to enable effortless validation on the customer side.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager for a software product.
- Proactive approach and hands-on mentality, with constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders, always asking the right questions and not being afraid to say "no".
- Researching and launching products and features from scratch.
- Customer-centric and preferably having experience with B2B products.
- Data-driven and a systematic thinker.
- Embracing change and challenges and being comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
- Having an MVP and lean startup mindset and practical knowledge of agile principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Speaking and writing English.
- Working with people who are not physically present/remote workers in different time zones.
- Having accountability and responsibility.
- Taking ownership.
- Working independently and not on demand.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
