Customer Service Ambassador

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Reception Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international clients and guests, as well as our consultants and internal service departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and support clients and guests at our Vienna office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answer phone calls and forward them as necessary, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and organize courier and taxi services.
  • Manage conference rooms, coordinating daily occupation and organizing catering and technical equipment.
  • Support the organization and execution of events, and handle additional special tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed commercial training, ideally on a high-school level.
  • Initial practical experience from working in the hotel industry, customer services, or front-desk area.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

You will work in a dynamic and outgoing team of three colleagues, with a rotating allocation of tasks and working time. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive work environment.
