Lead Internal Auditor Role at a Leading International Company

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our client, a renowned international company, in their pursuit of excellence and innovation across diverse industries. With a strong focus on growth, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, they require a skilled professional to conduct internal audits, evaluate controls, and identify potential risks.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough internal audits of various business units, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance areas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and propose solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Perform follow-up audits to monitor the status of corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and best practices in internal auditing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in audit management software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
What We Offer

A competitive gross annual salary of €60,000 is offered for this position, with a willingness to pay more based on qualifications and experience.
