Product Owner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in both iOS and Android app development to lead our product development process within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in aligning product initiatives with business goals, overseeing all stages of product development, and managing the backlog.
Key Responsibilities- Own the vision and roadmap of the therapy software, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and understand their unique needs.
- Translate feedback and requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work hand-in-hand with the development team to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are developed, tested, and released on schedule.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on product developments and gathering post-release feedback.
- Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops for users and stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the software's benefits and features to potential users.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the healthcare or medical software sector.
- Familiarity with CE-marking and other regulatory standards for medical devices and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Ability to grasp complex healthcare systems and the nuances of therapy procedures.
