We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic and Motion Designer to join our team at Virtual Identity AG. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually engaging content across digital platforms and a keen eye for design trends.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design captivating graphics and animations for digital campaigns, primarily for social media across various industries and brands
  • Collaborate with clients to refine designs based on their feedback and ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in or assist with content shoots (static or video) for ongoing social media content of different brands
  • Work closely with copywriters to guarantee cohesive messaging and design throughout the campaign
  • Support social media managers by assisting with the uploading and publishing of visual assets across platforms
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic/motion design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and a genuine enthusiasm for social media
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Fluency in English, with German proficiency a significant asset
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual gross salary for this position is €37,100 (Intermediate level), taking into account the cost of living in the area and the industry standard for a designer with similar experience. This figure may vary based on qualifications and performance.
