As a Quality Technician at our Vienna site, you will be part of a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals who develop and manufacture the FlexityTM tram for customers around the world.

Your Future Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing non-compliant materials, ensuring they are handled according to quality control standards. You will also use internal systems to accurately report and resolve defects. Additionally, you will execute block posting, initiate replacement deliveries, and create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacements.

You will oversee repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures. Furthermore, you will monitor blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player with excellent problem-solving skills, reliability, and proactivity. You should have a strong technical understanding, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of general quality standards. German language proficiency is mandatory, with English being an added advantage. Familiarity with SAP software is also preferred.
