The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the Hematology and Oncology department, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Hematology and Oncology
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Fluency in English and German
