Senior Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

What We're Looking For
- A highly skilled leader to lead, coach, and grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 team members).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching.
- Learn from Directors Software Development and take on more responsibilities step by step.
- Ensure performance and alignment of your teams.
- Take on leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning.
- Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring.
- Identify and drive organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in building and leading a successful software team or similar.
- Possess passion for leading through coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to break down, communicate, and implement high-level strategies to your area of responsibility.
