Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Retail Brand Ambassador Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a strong awareness of store environment, and driving sales growth through authentic communication and personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kundenservice: Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Store- und Warenpräsentation: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, showcasing products effectively to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  • Kommunikation: Engage with customers through genuine and articulate communication, building rapport and trust to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Warenschutz: Protect company assets by adhering to asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Richtlinien und Verfahrensweisen: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Schulung und Entwicklung: Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed as a Retail Brand Ambassador Lead, you'll need:

  • Fließend Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift: Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The starting rate for this position is €13.99 per hour.
