Job Title: Sportsbook Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sportsbook Software Development Manager to join our team at ADMIRAL Technologies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our sportsbook software development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, developing and maintaining software applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, participating in code reviews, implementing security measures, ensuring data integrity, and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect against potential threats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading software development projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
