Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement short and long-term corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Innovation: Lead the development of new product ideas in the gaming sector, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Financial Management: Work with commercial management to establish, manage, and control budgets, with a focus on optimizing costs and driving business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving the product range and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business operations comply with relevant regulations in the gaming industry, promoting transparency and ethics.
Your Profile:
  • Strong academic background in mathematics, game design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Significant professional experience in a comparable role, along with several years of leadership experience.
  • IT affinity and industry knowledge (desirable).
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Outstanding social skills, confident demeanor, strong communication abilities, resilience, and a customer-oriented approach.
