Job Title: Full-Stack AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Developer to join our team at ONTEC AG. As a Full-Stack AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of business-critical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Python (FastAPI) to support AI tools and RAG systems.
  • Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL) for efficient storage and processing of data.
  • Develop solutions for extracting content from various document formats (e.g., PDF, MS Office).
  • Deploy applications in Docker containers and conduct automated and manual tests to verify the quality of search and LLM results.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to integrate and deploy AI solutions and machine learning models into existing systems.
  • Assist with the resolution of technical issues during the development and integration of AI tools and models.
  • Optional: Assist with the CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, Jenkins) and train models based on sample data.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Backend Development with solid knowledge of Python, particularly FastAPI.
  • Database Knowledge with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Docker Experience with the ability to create and optimize Docker containers.
  • Knowledge of Document Extraction with experience in extracting content from various document formats.
  • Testing Experience with solid experience in implementing and conducting automated tests as well as manual quality control.
  • Language Skill with excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
