We are looking for a skilled International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our international logistics network, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our commercial vehicle depot operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all depot activities, including vehicle intake, preparation, and delivery;
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure seamless vehicle delivery;
  • Collaborate with head office and other depots to share best practices and drive business growth;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize depot operations;
  • Maintain high standards of order and cleanliness throughout the depot;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure the technical condition of vehicles.
Requirements
  • Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics or a related field;
  • Demonstrable experience in a coordination role, preferably in the logistics or automotive sector;
  • Strong communication skills in German and English;
  • Hands-on mentality and a solutions-focused approach;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Customer orientation and experience in working with external parties;
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
