Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our team of engineers in developing full-stack solutions in multiple technologies, including backend, web, and mobile apps, across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, team leadership, and software architecture, with experience in cloud services, containerization, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams to develop requirements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Lead the development team(s) and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Guide the team technically to use best practices and write efficient, scalable software.
  • Design, implement, and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Support the technical development and maintenance of several products, including client and server applications.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in software development and in-depth knowledge in one of the core backend stacks: C# or Java.
  • Experience leading other developers and upscaling them in best practices.
  • Curious learner, with the ability to navigate and learn multiple stacks and technologies.
  • Experience designing software running on the cloud, including performance, security, and networking.
