We're committed to driving innovation in the field of e-drive integration technologies and are now looking for talented engineers to contribute to this effort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development and optimization of E-axle systems, including motors, transmission mechanisms, gearshift systems, and cooling solutions.
  • Develop E-drive integration technologies, conduct benchmarking, and analyze industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in E-axle development (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
