Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team in the water sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting business development, acquisition, and execution of consulting and advisory mandates in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development and acquisition of consulting and advisory mandates in the water sector
  • Lead teams in the acquisition and execution of projects, including conceptual formulation, master planning, transaction advisory, due diligence, and project management
  • Execute and supervise complex quantitative and qualitative analyses and lead various teams of consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts
  • Build and extend long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and within the company
  • Contribute to the development of our offerings and tools, particularly in the management consulting service area
  • Support the growth of the management consulting team and supervise consultants, analysts, and interns
Requirements
  • Academic degree from a renowned institution with a specialization in the water field (minimum Master)
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in transaction/investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in the water sector
  • Demonstrable track record in managing complex projects and strong willingness to drive the growth of our team
  • Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment, and ability to act independently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, produce high-quality results within deadlines and budget
  • Demonstrated team player with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert level at presentation and communication
