Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Campaign Specialist to join our team at Red Bull Media House in Vienna. As a key member of our Digital Competence Centre, you will be responsible for the setup, placement, and optimization of online advertising campaigns on our websites.

Your expertise will be crucial in contributing to the continuous development and refinement of the ad tech stack implementation on our websites. You will work closely with our agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive success and promote innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage online advertising campaigns on our websites, including display, video, and native ads.
  2. Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our ad tech stack by implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
  3. Maintain regular communication with our technical service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  4. Monitor and optimize the performance of advertising formats, continuously analyzing and improving campaign results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing ad placements (performance, scalability).
  • English or German language and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and optimization of ad tech stacks (innovative solutions, increased performance, increased efficiency).
  • Experience in campaign management: implementation and management of advertising campaigns on publishing websites (inventory analysis, booking, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
  • Experience in supporting team leads and effective collaboration with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders (campaign success, innovation, teamwork).
Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
