About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Operations Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Living Kitchen restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service in our Living Kitchen restaurant and bar
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • You are a student at a hospitality university and need to do a mandatory operational internship as part of your curriculum
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Austria
  • You have first-hand experience in hospitality
  • You are available to start in February 2025 and are flexible with working days/hours
