Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our voice and messaging core network elements in a cloud environment. This includes tasks such as network change operations, upgrades, trouble ticket processing, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and inspection tasks.

You will also serve as an interface between our network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support, providing technical assistance for mobile and fixed voice and messaging services. Additionally, you may be required to perform on-call duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A university degree in computer science, electrical engineering/telecommunication, software engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong IT background, including computer and transmission hardware, IP networking, and Linux know-how
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (Openstack, Container) is highly desirable
  • Network support experience
  • Familiarity with telecommunication protocols: ISUP, MAP, SIP, Diameter
  • Mobility and fixed voice core and/or messaging expertise

What We Offer
