Legal Advisor Role

Innion is searching for a skilled Legal Advisor to join its highly performing Legal Team. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide critical legal input across the entire spectrum of commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic and international contract drafting and negotiation, with transactional experience as a bonus. You'll collaborate closely with all corporate functions as well as business partners across the globe, analyzing legal challenges and finding pragmatic solutions.

About this role:

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with external counsel to resolve disputes and litigate cases

Your qualifications and skills:

  • A Law degree (preferably from a German or Austrian University); bar admittance is a plus
  • Experience in domestic and international contract drafting and negotiation, with transactional experience as a bonus
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively on all business levels, utilizing your business law knowledge
