Molecular Automation Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Particle and Automation Instructor who will be responsible for training service engineers and customers on our product lines. This role is part of our Global Training Team, based in Vienna, Austria.

• Design curriculums and teach service training courses
• Develop application-focused curriculums and teach customer training courses
• Monitor student performance, collect feedback, and improve curriculum all trainings
• Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
• Utilize our Learning Management System tools to administer and track training and certification

• Degree in Biological or Physical Sciences, Engineering, or Education
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience in using Beckman Coulter Particle or Automation instrumentation
