Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and innovative technology product ideas, strategic product extensions, or enhancements to existing products.
  • Identify, collect, and evaluate new and innovative technology products.
  • Lead, plan, and track all phases of the technology product life cycle from inception to introduction into the marketplace.
  • Appraise new technology product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.
  • Establish technology product specifications and collaborate with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Work independently and receive minimal guidance.
  • Possibility of leading projects or project steps within a broader project or having accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge in your area and basic knowledge of related areas.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Your Profile:

  • Masters/PhD degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, software engineering, or similar.
  • Ability to actively drive proof of concepts and transform them into performance applications and products.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Profound knowledge of software development with C++ and Python.
  • Experience with deep learning, computer vision, image processing, machine learning highly beneficial.
  • Familiar with Linux environments and Docker.
  • Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD).
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Proactive mindset to drive collaboration between teams in an intercultural environment cross-organizational environment.
  • Ability to assist team members to overcome technical problems.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
