Job Description:

  • We're seeking an experienced Global Category Manager to join our team in [Location]. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a strong focus on electronics or PCBAs.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing global category strategies, including supplier strategies for PCBAs and PCBA components. This will involve conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the PCBA supply chain.">
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the category, ensuring compliance requirements, quality, and delivery dates are met.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in business administration, supply management, economics & law, industrial engineering, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.">

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes various working time models, flextime, and the possibility of working from home. We also provide access to food trucks, a snack bar, and a canteen with freshly cooked daily menus.

Annual Remuneration:

The annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position is based on the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. The Employee will be classified according to this agreement, and we will offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
