About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Licensing team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading and prioritizing the team backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure it is well-maintained and conceptually sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and prioritize the team backlog by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Craft and align user stories to ensure they are well-defined and aligned with the product strategy.
  • Define and commit to epics by establishing clear landing zones and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Balance stakeholder perspectives by acting as the team's gatekeeper.
  • Approve user stories by validating them against acceptance criteria.
  • Set Sprint goals in collaboration with the team to define clear and achievable objectives.
  • Challenge and understand requirements by diving deep into customer pain points.
  • Ensure transparency by making progress on backlog items visible and conducting thorough reviews.
Requirements
  • Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Experience as a technical Product Owner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and motivational team member.
  • Skilled in managing and balancing stakeholder expectations.
