Responsibilities
  • Lead operational finance for our Waidhofen an der Thaya, Austria site, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze operational results, identifying trends and areas for improvement to bridge performance over time.
  • Provide local management with timely and insightful management reports on standards and actual costs of manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement annual budgets and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Review and approve financial processes, including capital expenditure requests, inventory management, and standard costing.
  • Manage capital investments and cash flow, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the plant team to identify cost drivers and implement improvement actions.
  • Prepare concise summaries of relevant information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve analysis of material, conversion, and inventory information to drive business excellence.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in plant/operations financial management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Fluent English, with German an advantage.
