The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented IT Process Consultant to join our Modern Workplace team. As an IT Process Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the governance processes on workplace services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing services to our CEE units according to specified service levels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the governance processes on workplace services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide services to our CEE units according to specified service levels
  • Control the proper use of Incident- & Problem-Management processes and tools
  • Escalation handling and reporting on management level

Your Skills and Experience

  • Service management in an IT environment
  • Experience dealing with regulatory requirements preferred in the banking sector
  • Ability to handle outsourced services
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery and support processes
  • Project management capabilities and experience
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
  • High level of initiative, persistence, flexibility, and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Superb command of English (German optional)
